Dear Fresher Family,

Welcome to Fresher by Flynn! I'm Flynn Thomas, the
proud founder of this unique little venture, and I'm thrilled to share my story
with you. Buckle up—it's going to be a fun ride!

From a young age, I've always had an itch to start my own
business. When I was just 13, I launched "Knitted by Flynn" after
spending a year learning to knit. But I quickly realized although thrilling,
that knitting was way too time-consuming for my taste. After brainstorming for
new ideas, I landed on something that really sparked my imagination—a car air
freshener store. And thus, Fresher by Flynn was born! Naming the store
after myself was a no-brainer for the 14-year-old me.

Art has always been a huge passion of mine. I believe
everything in life is art, and that’s what I wanted to bring to Fresher by
Flynn. I’ve spent three years perfecting my designs, ensuring that each one
of our fresheners is a piece of art that adds joy and style to your driving
experience. Our mission is simple: create aesthetically pleasing pieces of art
that transcend the experience of driving, making a quality product at
affordable prices while always considering our impact on environmental
sustainability.

Speaking of which, we’re constantly striving for
improvement. Our air fresheners are currently made from cardstock and scented
elastic, but we're working hard to develop better, more sustainable materials.
Our packaging is minimal and recyclable because we believe in taking care of
our planet with every decision we make.

To me, Fresher by Flynn is more than just a product;
it's a feeling. It's the euphoria you feel when you're out there living your
life and making unforgettable memories. Our goal is for every Fresher by
Flynn air freshener to feel like summer, bringing warmth, adventure, and
inspiration to your everyday life. I hope our products encourage you to travel,
meet new people, and make the most of every moment—because life is short, and
we should make all the memories we can.

Our community is at the heart of what we do. We’ve spent
countless hours talking to our team and our customers, researching to find out
what you want in each collection. Each season brings a new theme and a
collection of celebrity-inspired designs, chosen based on your feedback. After
the designs are finalized, they go through a meticulous process of being
printed, precision-cut, and hand-scented—all done to ensure you receive a
product that’s made with love and care right here in Newcastle, Australia.

I’ve faced my share of challenges bringing Fresher by
Flynn to life. I've invested all my savings into this small business,
pouring my heart and soul into every design, every scent, and every decision.
Launching Fresher by Flynn is a dream come true, and I couldn't be more
proud of what we’ve achieved. At the time of launch, every product is handmade
solely by me. Of course, I couldn’t have done it alone—Chelsea, our amazing
content manager and general assistant, has been a cornerstone in our journey,
helping with everything from social media content to brainstorming fresh ideas.

Fresher by Flynn is for everyone, but we particularly
resonate with a younger audience who appreciates art and pop culture. Our
custom air fresheners make great gifts for family, friends, and
colleagues—because who doesn’t love a car that smells amazing and looks cool?

Looking ahead, I see Fresher by Flynn becoming a
staple accessory for every young and adventurous person in Australia and around
the globe. I envision building a community where we can collaborate, inspire
each other, and maybe even host some fun events in the future. My ultimate goal
is to create the best product on the market, with the best scents and the most
captivating art. But more than that, I want to inspire people to live life to
the fullest and help them create and cherish those special moments.
